If money wasn't a thing and we were to trade for goods/services, what would yours be?
You may not have 1 thing...but multiple. Some don't even know of 1 thing. Explore my friends. Find your favorites and embrace it/them.
Gazing up at the frosted 5.5' high cubical little squares, I list mentally to myself:
Writer
Children's Book Author
Floral Designer
Nature/Animal Loving Park Ranger
Landscape Designer
Teacher/Life Coach/Mentor/Psychologist - Schooling Required = Debt
This topic has been swirling around in my head throughout the past decade of doing what I must do to make ends meet. The company I work for has been consistent in being generous in ways and heartbreaking in others. No company is perfect. The biggest thing has been the work environment. Those we work with are family and loved one's over so much time. Relationships come in many forms and will always evolve based on situations and journeys we each embrace and cultivate.
When there are layoffs there is a feeling of survivor's remorse. When someone leaves for a new adventure there is a hole where they once were. However, over those years you have the option to keep in touch and engage with one another. Life is pretty legit like that. Expect to be surprised always. The beauty is in the outcome of each stumble, as there is a new perspective looking up from below. What is your position of fireworks, the sky, someone speaking on stage or art hung on a wall? Below. Brace yourself because the stumble does hurt but when you dust yourself off and lift your eyes, the new beautiful message is before you. At that point, what do you plan to do? That's the lovely thing, YOU get to decide.
When you land somewhere that makes the ends meet and the soul peaceful...it'll allow you to do what you love to do because you want to do it. My wise horticulture teacher said that to me during a time I needed her most (signs arise when you need them the most). I was working at a plant nursery re-furnishing/fluffing a garden store display when I heard her voice behind me. I turned to see her. Smiling I said, "I prayed for you". Insight was needed and we caught up as it had been a few years, but she blessed me with those wise words above (Do you want to do what you love to do because you have to do it?). That gave me the chance to camp on them and confirm my desired path (leave and follow my love for flowers or stay and be comfortable and do flowers on the side).
That "Godly Gut" I like to call it will never steer you wrong if there is peace in your heart. Be sure to be daring, courageous and fearless. Sometimes those things don't quite look like they should and can hinder us. Don't let it. Go for it. You know what's best for you in your Godly Gut. You've got this! Oh, and God has you too (wink).
Hopefully this message fired you up and ensure you're where you desire to be. If not what's one small thing you can do today to get to your hearts true desire?
Here's my update on the list above:
Still gazing out the frosted 5.5' high cubical little squares I list mentally to myself:

Teacher/Life Coach/Mentor/Psychologist - Schooling Required = Debt
Working with youth on a volunteer basis...sure does save me a lot of cash-ola and fills my cup at the same time. Even when I take a step back from it He continually sends youth into my life.
Choose 1 thing and make it happen.
The rest is up to the Universe.
