A few years ago I bought an itty bitty little house surrounded by trees and lakes. Upon moving into it a pal coined it as "The Shire". It had something to do with the couch being brought in through the window and my shoes being tiny. The preferred theme "comfy" and this is what we desire of our creations.

 

Today there may be a hand-painted tree on the wall. Clocks that fill another. Faces throughout the garden. Copper wire baskets for storage and recycling. Antique furniture scattered amongst it and a dresser for a potting bench outside.

 

Our goal with The Shire Repurposed...welcoming, comfy, and enjoyable. We love sharing our visions and ideas with the world.
